A program sponsored by the Missionaries of the
Chief Shepherd and designed to use Wilderness Survival classes and activities to help boys develop their leadership skills
and avoid substance abuse.
Inasmuch as the young citizens participating in this
program are instructed in wilderness survival classes and ecologically-sound usage practices and are provided with the opportunity
to earn points for attending special and mandatory classes.
Field trips, over-night campouts, fishing and
nature studies, first-aid classes, and Bible classes.

You too can be a Hill Climber if you are the age of 7 to 18. All boys become
first-aid certified. They climb hills, camp out and provide day camp at no charge to you. All activities are paid by Pendleton

All donations are tax deductable.
The Hill Climbers are on file at the Pendleton County Courthouse. We recently
